BEGIN THE PATH
Start where the immediate opportunity exists.
Most engagements begin with one acute problem, not a three-pillar program. Naming the door tells us how to prepare for the conversation and it's the only qualification question that matters up front.
Leadership
Sharper judgment, clearer direction, leaders who can hold a room when it matters. Whether the bench can't execute yet or your strongest people have simply outgrown their current perspective, this door works on how they see before it works on what they do.
Technology
The capability you can see and can't yet build. Whether it's a rollout being resisted, a platform gathering dust, an AI mandate with no map, or simply a system that should exist and doesn't. This door ends in something running, not a recommendation.
Wellness
The burnout curve. Disengagement compounding quietly. Or a team that performs well and has never been taught how to recover. This door is experiential where your team will go on the mat, on their feet, learning what pressure feels like and what to do with it.
Not sure which door, or as a leader, are you ready to begin your practice via our Bantado Path online application!!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Four easy steps, and you can stop at any of them.
High-consideration work goes wrong when the first meeting is a pitch. It shouldn't be. Here is the actual sequence, so nothing about it is a surprise.
You send a note
The form below. One paragraph is plenty stating the recurring or immediate problem, in your own words. No RFP, no requirements document.
A 30 minute conversation
A call, not a presentation. Most of it is questions. You will leave with at least one useful observation whether or not anything follows.
A written recommendation
If there is a fit, you get a short written note naming what the work would be, what it would not be, roughly what it costs, and where it starts.
Discovery, if you choose to
Every engagement opens with Discovery, which entails stakeholder conversations, context, and a named through-line for the work.
